Position: Quality Manager Report to: Quality Director Job Location:Shanghai Job Responsibilities: Aid the Quality Director in Global ISO 9001 creation, maintenance, improvement, and coordination. Owner of the following Quality Management System Processes: Corrective Action Process; Problem Solving Methodology; Continual Improvement; Internal Auditing; Calibration Program; New supplier processes and supplier corrective action; Provide management with process metrics and improvement ideas for key processes; Participates in Internal Auditing (lead auditor preferred); Participate on new Hardware product design teams by managing and reviewing all documentation requirements for design documents (layout design, BOMs, solder mask details, gerber files); Ability to provide training on various Quality related topics: Problem Solving; Quality Processes; Continual Improvement; Flowcharting, procedure writing; FMEA; SPC; Review hardware-related customer documents, such as hardware user guide, application notes, release notes, etc.; Other duties as required; Ability to travel when necessary. Requirements: BS Degree, Engineering discipline, or must have equivalent experience; ISO 9001 implementation experience; Minimum 4 years experience in the PCB, semiconductor, or related industry; Excellent English skills; Supplier Experience. Qualifications nice to have: Internal Auditing Experience; Corrective Action experience (8D or similar); Documentation Experience; Warehouse / Shipping / Receiving Process Experience.
