Give creative and art direction to design team 2. Communicate with clients and develop project proposals based on client requirements 3. Conduct quality control based on client requirements 4. Manage, train and communicate with design team 5. Produce International and world-class work 6. Assist team members with other tasks 7. Design his or her own work in online and print media including web sites and print collaterals Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above from a renowned art school 2. At least 5 years experience in art design. At least 2 years experience in an Art Director or Creative Director role. Any one who has working experience in 4A or renowned advertising companies will be preferred. 3. Excellent design and art sense; with a solid portfolio in both online and print works 4. Have knowledge about various art styles; be creative and full of imagination; the design should be trendy and cool. 5. Excellent proposal-making ability and communication skills 6. Strong management experience 7. Be highly responsible and have a good team spirit 8. Have professional and overall executive ability 9.
