职位描述(Job Descriptions)： 1.Establish and maintain SPC system to reduce process variation, decrease waste, improve product quality and provide supports for production in relation to statistical analysis of data. 2.Monitor the process control system and provide supports. 3.Identify quality standards for materials in process and finished products. 4.Use six-sigma and other statistics tools for problem solving and quality improvement. 5.Handle issues in relation to control of processes. 6.Super user of SAS.JMP software for statistical analysis. Decision competence: 鈥ecisions regarding own responsibility area Independence and initiative: 鈥he work must be conducted independently with regard to deadlines 鈥nergy, persistence and flexibility is a requirement Flexibility and work pressure: This position typically requires to be present when ever there is a problem in the production, and where a quality decisions is urgently needed. This will require flexibility for the position and also means that working hours can change. Communication: Communication must be conducted on a technical and professional level in connection with QA and colleagues in other sites. 职位要求(Job Requirements)： 1.本科或硕士，生产管理或相关工程或统计专业 2.出色的英文交流能力 3.五年或以上相关工作经验，如过程控制，质量控制及管理，统计管理，精益生产等 4.有黑带优先 5.熟悉Prism系统及FMEA, DOE, Control Chart, MSA以及数据分析 6.良好的沟通能力 7.良好的团队合作精神 .
