职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-15 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Principal accountabilities: - Business Application requirement research, analysis with internal departments - Realize designed functions based on requirement analysis - Adjusts internal system to archive the goal of convenience, easy and efficiency - Overall database structure design and management - Analyses root causes of incidents and propose change requests to prevent future malfunctioning of systems and procedures. - Company web site upgrade and maintenance - Provides internal system training to end users and IT support team Day-to-day operations control includes: - Module designs, coding - System integration, debugging, testing - Optimizing database structure, management overall data resource - Works with IT support team to issue system development documents Qualifications/ Skills / Experience Required - Working experience is not required, prefer Software Engineering graduate - Experience in software development in MS environment, VB Programming, good sense of website design - Experienced with java, ASP.Net, Visual studio 2005 ,PHP or other web development tools is an advantage - Familiar with kinds of database system (MSSQLServer or ORACLE), experience in database application programming using VB/C++ (C/S or B/S), excellent understanding of SQLServer preferable - High productivity with ability to complete assigned tasks quickly and decisively - Solid, demonstrable skills in programming - Good written, spoken English is an advantage - strong interpersonal and communication skills, Pro-active, committed responsible - Independent problem-solving, self-direction 联系方式： .
