This position reports to the manager of MAD Shanghai CPO team. Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations Key customer support Interface with MAD NPI team on continual development, integration and release verification activities Specific Knowledge/Skills The qualified candidate should meet at least 3+ of the following requirements : Bachelor"s or above degree in EE Engineering or Computer Science. 3+ years of Wince BSP development, Experienced in video processing technologies MPEG4/H.263/H.264/WMV, 2D/3D technology Experienced in DirectShow framework Knowledge in video codec development&optimization, conformance testing, OpenGL/Direct3D programming Experience on storage(NAND, ATA , SD ) or USB driver will be a plus Experience on handhelds device(PMP, handset, PND) will be a plus Competencies Teamwork Problem solving technique Customer interaction Self motivated Communication skills (English, Mandarin) 联系方式： .
