Evaluate process capability (CpK) for all electrical tests 2. Drive the resolution of any identified CpK issues 3. Support each prototype build during the development cycle 4. Improve process/test design as part of corrective actions for build issues 5. Analyze and drive improvements for Modulation specific RF performance issue. 6. Report, track, and maintain test performance metrics for all prototypes. Responsible for Quality Improvements (Dphu Reduction) - Work with DE teams (HW/SW) to drive the design issues to meet the DPHU goals. Support Product Transfer from GNPO (proto center) to EMS (Production Mfg site) Evaluate build data to establish correlation between builds at GNPO and EMS (Production Mfg site) Requirement： BSEE (Electrical Engineering) Min. 1 years of experience in cellular phone or related environment Knowledge about the function of cellular subscriber and its networks (CDMA, and/or GSM, and/or iDEN) Strong analytical skills Ability to work with peers in team situations 联系方式： .
