Complete understanding of types of cases - Full knowledge and grasp of sources . Thorough with the concepts of report making and having a good flair on written English . Deals with problems and finds solutions . Demonstrates strong analytical skills . Reviewing of cases and ability to meet deadlines without being prompted . Should have positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Impart training to team leaders, team members and other staff. Work with the team leaders for high value reports. Involve in Quality Control checks . Co-ordinate with Research and Case Managers for case related matters. Identify various resources offline and online useful for the research department. Review, communicate and/or document existing business process&procedure to ensure Ensures a symbiotic relationship is maintained between the research and the editing desk. People management and to provide coaching . Successful candidates will possess the following attributes: Between three or five years of working experience in international companies (or 1- 3 years relevant working experience in research/ compliance or legal field), and a successful track record of supervising and managing others . Excellent computer and internet skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications . Excellent coordination skills and interpersonal skills . Excellent written and spoken English . Holder of at least a Bachelor’s degree ( pass English Level TEM 8 is preferred) . Ability to work in a team and think independently . Ability to solve problems and meet challenging deadlines .
