职位描述(Job Descriptions) Main Responsibilities: -Manage IT infrastructures: Servers, Network, Firewall, etc. -Maintenance of the Cisco IPT system. -Assist IT manager on project management and team supervision. -Manage Vendors and suppliers. -End-user support/Helpdesk. Requirements: -Bachelor degree or above; -5 years working experience in IT infrastructures and end-users supports. -Hands-on experience in MS Window 2003 server, Active Directory, WSUS, Printer server etc. -Good knowledge on WAN/LAN/VPN/MPLS setups and management. -Experience in support/manage Cisco VOIP, Router/Switch/Firewall. -Sound track records on vendor management&project management. -Knowledge of ITLS&PRINCE Ⅱ is and advantage. -Good in problem solving, independent and a good team player. -Good command of English. .
