Major responsibility: 1. Develop and maintain partnership with the function/service line as HR consultant and business partner 2. Co-ordinate all aspects of performance management and compensation process for the function/service line 3. To design/execute the proper C strategy and plan in accordance with company goal and market trend include salary survey and benefit plan etc 4. To support HR policies, process and practices update and implementation such as employee handbook, new hire, exit and transfer process etc and ensure to remain us in safe places legally especially new labor employment promulgation. 5. To support e-HR system building up and implementation include e-payroll system, e-HR general information, e-PTO, on-line Employee Self-service etc. 6. To design/execute the plans to attract/retain talent to support the company’s growth such as leadership development program and competence management and organization development 7. To be responsible for all aspects of training include learning needs identification, training vender selection and management, course design, training coordination and survey etc. and support people development in APAC 8. Other HR projects and tasks assigned by HR director Qualification desired: 1. Bachelor or master degree 2. 5+ years solid HR hands-on working experience including at least 2 years at foreign companies. HR projects management experience is preferred. 3.
