Understands customer request, and skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defects fixing. Applying experience, and theoretical and practical understanding of technology and methodology in Windchill PDMLink support service. Works independently as key member of project team. Installs and configures and backup Windchill PDMLink system; Willing to take night shift if needed Job Requirement: Bachelors Degree or college diploma, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar with 1+ years experience in a related field.
