职位类别： 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-14 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 2人 职位描述/要求： Location : Shanghai Responsibilities: * Provide technical service and support to customers and dealers * Provide on-site installation and testing work * Mostly focus on Cinema technical service. * Provide project management and commission work to customers and dealers * Receive trainings and instructions from the supervisor of TSO Team. * Liaise closely with dealers and customers at each phase of the service contract. * Assist to plan organize&execute service contract within the time schedules. * Prepare for the demo/shootout event and trade shows. * Follow up with H.O. for the inspection report&repairing of those major/critical defective parts. * Ensure remedy action is performed according to the ISA&TB. * Maintain the demo unit as well as other related equipments in good condition and status. * Provide technical training to customers and dealers. * Conduct necessary technical support for sales people. * Stock Take and assist supervisor in demo manage and cargo transportation. * Generate monthly report. * Any additional duties that may be assigned by supervisor. Required Experience&Qualifications: a) Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or PC related subject. b) Min 3 years experience in film projection or Cinema preferred. c) Strong film projector and Audio system skills. d) Good working knowledge of hardware&software of computer and networking. e) Must be familiar with 3rd party related product (e.g. audio speaker, amplifier, screen&control systems). f) Knowledge of various test equipment (e.g. light meter, colour analyser, scope). g) Good skill of AutoCAD, 3D Max or any other drawing software is preferred. h) Strong analytical, effective communication and good interpersonal skills. i) Must be self-motivated, organised and able to work independently or in teams 联系方式： Please email to: yonghua.fan@christiedigital.com frank.xiao@christiedigital.com .
