A wholly owned subsidiary of HP, the company supports and enhances HP’s global product and service solutions, enabling customers worldwide to acquire complete IT solutions, including hardware, software and services. In a response to significant growth in the Asia Pacific region, HP Financial Services is developing a new North Asia Customer Delivery and Services hub in Shanghai,China. We are seeking people with strong customer service focus, to be employed in the important Customer Delivery core teams. In this Customer Delivery Specialist role you must have fluent spoken and written Japanese language skills, and experience with business interactions conducted in Japanese. You will be responsible for the following activities: Partner with the Sales Account Manager in the distribution of marketing collateral Assist the Sales Account Manager in pursuing new business Assist the Sales Account Manager with opportunity assessment Collaborate with the Sales Account Manager in managing relations with the customer, HP and Resellers Administer add-on or follow-on business Generate and collect documents Enter customer and transaction information required for lease administration activities (contract generation, booking, funding) in systems Responsible for completion of asset level detail entry Arrange to receive and proactively manage/reconcile supplier invoices (HP or external Suppliers) Prepare package for compliance review Prepare booking and funding packages Track deal funding to completion of payment Respond to customer inquiries Coordinate/follow-up/reconcile on activities necessary for deal processing Conduct initial and final compliance review pursuant to SOA Check customer and supplier against Sanctioned Parties List at time of funding and booking Qualifications To be successful in this role you must: be Customer Service Oriented thrive when working in a Team be skilled at Building Relationships have strong Internpersonal Skills be able to prioritise your work be willing to be flexible, adaptable and learn in the workplace You will also need to possess the following skills: Organization, communication and written skills, time management, basic sales skills; ability to work on own and within team; interpersonal skills; phone skills; understanding of lease processes and impacts including the elements of the deal structure; problems solving skills; basic awareness of business risks; flexibility; data entry skills; ability to track and complete lease administration activities; prioritization skills, basic pricing and financial calculation skills; English language fluency, PC and core system skills; good business judgment; ability to multi task, knowledge of workflow and organizational roles and responsibilities in HPFS; good business&escalation judgment; relationship management skills; basic knowledge of legal recovery processes Additionally, if you have the following, your application will be strengthened: experience in the Commercial Finance&Leasing industry 联系方式: .
