In order to capture the market growth opportunities in China, we are looking for a commercially qualified Marketing, Product Support Manager, with industry experience (Graphic Arts or Digital Printing). She/He will work with our OEM channel in China, focussed on North-East region of China, to drive and support our digital solutions business. We believe this role represents a great mix of responsibilities in terms of driving our OEM business as part of a great team. The Print On-Demand Solutions group currently supplies digital workflow products to such industry leaders as HP, IKON, KONICA MINOLTA, and XEROX Corporation. The group invests considerable resources in providing its partners and customers with the very best products, services and technologies to help them meet their specific goals. As the independent portal for KODAK¡¯s digital workflow solutions, Print On-Demand Solutions will continue to help its customers leverage their investment in digital print, and to spearhead the ¡°digital revolution". Key Responsibilities Assist the PODS Channel&Account management in defining the annual business and support plan, in order to meet PODS business objectives for the defined region Develop and maintain good relationships with OEM Customer local marketing&business management, sales, analysts and support employees in order to support and stimulate sales of PODS products Act as ¡®the centre of competence¡¯ regarding PODS products; provide answers to product related questions and problems Work together with the PODS Marketing department to effectively deliver PODS Marketing initiatives and programs Manage the delivery of training&marketing collateral localised for the China Market Develop and Deliver Best practice sales ¡°success stories¡± to motivate and drive sales initiatives Deliver product launch support through developing marketing programs and support customer engagement activities such as seminars and open house events Manage trade shows, promotional events Give (sales) presentations on product, features and positioning as well as conceptual presentations on workflow solutions&partnerships Organize and provide training to Colour specialists/ analysts / trainers on product and applications Provide (higher level) demo-support in sales cycles Implement sales promotion activities Basic prospect management and sales forecasting Relational network the Marketing, Product Support Manager is the secondary OEM customer interface and works with the PODS Regional Sales Support Manager and customer contacts responsible for local business&marketing management, sales and analyst (pre-&post sales) marketing support the Marketing, Product Support Manager maintains relations with regionally based Industry and Solution Partners of PODS (partners in workflow, variable data printing) the Marketing, Product Support Manager works closely on the business aspects with the PODS channel and account management the Marketing, Product Support Manager works closely with technical product support and management within the PODS group and with marketing&sales support to assist in delivery of training&collaterals Personal Characteristics Good conceptual skills; good conceptual presenter Strong self-drive; eager for results Serviceable attitude&strong customer focus Good (people) networking mentality and skills Strong sense of responsibility and discipline Willing to travel frequently Strong communication skills Excellent presentation&demonstration skills Qualifications/ Experience Higher level of education: Bachelor degree or experience that equals this level Minimum of 5 years¡¯ experience in b- to-b sales and/or sales support (operational) Marketing experience and knowledge Experience with colour workflow solutions and/or graphic arts, digital printing Mandarin mother tongue, good English language skills, both verbal and in writing. Basic knowledge of application Software (e.g. QuarkXpress, Adobe InDesign), file- and document handling, output formats. ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
