To cope with their aggressive expansion plans, they are looking for a talented Internal Audit Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit , you will have full responsibility for the audit function across multiple business units. You will oversee financial, operational and risk based audits at various locations and provide recommendations on improvements to current processes and systems. You will also ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and compile reports for management review. You will be a qualified accountant with at least 6-8 years experience gained within FMCG manufacturing sector. You will be process driven and able to demonstrate a leadership mentality. A strong working knowledge of analysing business processes is required. Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
