This senior sales position will increase market share by developing of new and existing accounts and programs, and by achieving sales targets and profit growth plans for the Infrastructure business segment. Specific duties include: With the Global GNSS Infrastructure Sales Teams: Provide clear and contemporary product and sales information to Infrastructure Sales management, particularly for new product releases. Develop, implement, and distribute sales campaign information to RSM and dealers in the region. Represent Enterprise-level Infrastructure Solutions in high level technical presentations with Government key accounts. Work with the Service and Support groups in identifying and developing focused sales and marketing training programs for distributor personnel. Work with the Survey sales teams to: o Provide technical and commercial support for large/strategic tenders o Visit key accounts o Assist at Seminars, Trade Shows and Sales Events o Drive regional sales campaigns Maintain and distribute regional product pricing according to the agreed discounting matrix. Coordinate and drive activities by Sales Regions to define, implement, and measure quarterly sales promotions and programs. Work closely with Marketing Communication to develop marketing communication which is aligned with sales strategy Keep the sales force and management informed of competitive activities in a timely manner and via the Monthly Management Report, and develop tactics to combat them. Work closely with marketing group for planning and implementation of major surveying and related scientific trade shows. Provide supervision and guidance for the Infrastructure Applications Engineer working in the region. Prepare market and dealers upon product launches. Deliver new marketing message(s) to our sales channels. For the Global Infrastructure Business: Gather regional market information and market requirements for GNSS Infrastructure solutions. Evaluate and validate implementation concepts of regional/local requirements. Provide information on product related issues including 3rd party integration issues. Assist with initiation, prioritization, and implementation of local 3rd party providers Provide information feedback to business area on product related issues and push market requirements Provide competitive information and assist in development of combative strategies. Position Requirements The ideal candidate will possess and display a deep knowledge for network RTK solutions and related applications to the GNSS rover. College degree, with preference to Surveying, Geomatics, engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of surveying applications and market. An up-to-date knowledge in IT-related technologies to support LAN&wireless communication. Minimum 5 years experience in surveying or Geomatics sales, technical support, or product development. Practical knowledge&experience in the area of RTK&PP GPS and GNSS Survey. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, with extensive experience with modern Microsoft presentation tools. Ability to effectively communicate high-end ROI messages to audiences of diverse technical and managerial abilities. Includes presentations, technical and business reports, and market communications. Ability to work under deadline and budget pressure. Strong sense of urgency. Required: Although the position requires high competency in the English language, an ability to communicate across multiple languages, time zones and cultures is a must. Thorough knowledge of Survey, Infrastructure, and Construction products Knowledge of IT issues and ability to communicate with IT professionals Knowledge of wireless communications technologies/systems Ability to manage long sales cycles and interact with government agencies Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Chinese and English Willing and able to travel frequently throughout the region, as well as the US and other international locations as required 联系方式: lynn.ni@zhaopin.com.cn .
