Suggest resources and staff assignment according to business development; Set up, standardize and carry out operation procedure; Verify daily operation (including resources utilization, staff performance, activities execution and call route, etc.) ; Coordinate and provide necessary training to sales staff to ensure related company policies to be respected and implemented in all field of sales operation. Other project/duties which have been assigned from superior. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above; 5 years sales experience in multi-national FMCG Company in sales management; Possess an energetic and intelligent attitude and aptitude towards business and business development; Familiar with Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan economy and trade situation; Ability to collection of necessary information; Able to recognize and develop solutions for customers; Very good logical thinking and good planner; Excellent line/cross function management skills; Aggressive, passionate, out-going, self-driven and stress tolerant; Proficient in MS Office; Fluent English both in spoken and written.
