职位描述(Job Descriptions)： Duties and Responsibilities/工作与职责: 1.To supervise and provide training to supplier for quality of all necessary knowledge"s in QA aspects.监督管理供应商并为其提供QA方面必要的培训。 2. To conduct and develop quality improvement activities to the suppliers. 开展供应商质量改善活动。 3. To provide and ensure the visual aid, tools, instruction or technical support to shop-floor to catch up the quality. 为现场提供帮助、工具、指导或技术支持、以解决质量问题。 4. To contact with the customer and supplier in quality activities. 同客户和供应商沟通质量事宜。 5. To follow up an in-house quality complaints thru supplier to maintain corective action and preventive action. 跟踪内部质量抱怨，要求供应商实施纠正和预防措施。 6. To perform the Quality rating to classify the Supplier level. 实施质量分级，按供应商水平分类。 7. To source the best products and Quality form supplier thru the manufactu 根据制程，从供应商中筛选出最佳产品质量。 8. Timely perform the product evaluation run and product development. 及时实施产品评价和产品拓展。 9. Assist trainer QA supervisor, Quality Information Systems (QIS) and Document Control to Support the Technical 协助质量保障部领导，质量信息体系及文控完成与质量有关的技术数据。 10. To maintain the ISO systems requirements. 维护ISO系统要求。 职位要求(Job Requirements)： Job Specifications/职位要求 1. Bachelor Degree/学士学位 2. 3-5Years above/3-5年以上相关经验 3. Good command in English /熟练使用英文 4. Good in Heath Condition /身体健康，无任何疾病 5. Good team work player/具备团队精神 .
