Role Summary (职位概述) Supervise the activities of the Computer repair and maintenance Precinct (wherever Computer repair and maintenance service work is performed in store) within the Standard Operating Platform (SOP) and sales Strategies. Support achievement of overall organization, Territory, District, Store and Department sales and operational goals by assisting in the development, direction and mentoring of Computer repair and maintenance Agents. Working together with the Customer Services Manager, support and implement targeted sales operational, and service strategies designed to deliver customer satisfaction and Loyalty. Ensure that Agents are incorporating the CARE Plus and Complete Solution sales process.
