职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工程机械 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-05 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： GE BUSINESS NAME : GE Infrastructure, Energy BUSINESS / DIVISION DESCRIPTION : GEINFEN: Power Generation LOCATION / DIVISION 2 : GEINFEN: Power Generation LOCATION / DIVISION 3 : GEINFEN: EED CTC FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Engineering/Technology ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Design responsibility for assigned gas&steam turbine and generator accessory systems - air inlet&exhaust, enclosures&ventilation, lube&hydraulic oil systems, gas&liquid fuel systems, and piping. Evaluate and develop supplier design&project execution capabilities, review and approve supplier"s design and analyses, execute equipment qualifications as part of a global GE team. Effectively interact with customers, architect engineers, suppliers and with GE internal functions quality, sourcing, project management. Identify required supplier shop and customer job site equipment inspections to resolve technical and manufacturing issues and to enhance designs. Provide on site installation and startup support for Asian customers. Troubleshoot and resolve root cause and corrective action for field hardware issues. Mentor less experienced team members. Actively participate in cost reduction and quality initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: BS degree in Engineering. Minimum 7 years design experience in power generation, oil&gas, aerospace, marine diesel or petrochemical industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous projects with minimal direction. Well-established computer, communication and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and integrate within a diverse, high-energy global technology team. Willingness to travel monthly. DESIRED: Significant project engineering management experience. Experience manufacturing engineering or product quality. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified - GE candidates only. 联系方式： .
