China Finance Service Center is a shared service center with a goal to provide high quality accounting services to DuPont entities in China at competitive costs. This new position is of critical importance to the success of the center. The incumbent, together with the Manager and other 3 group leaders of the Center, becomes a core leadership team of China Finance Service Center, which shall lead the way to take up many new opportunities and challenges in 2008 and onwards. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Drive for continuous process improvement in China finance service center under A/R, G/L and also internal control area, via process mapping and re-engineering Work with Regional A/P process owner and A/P Group Leader to implement new payment process in China Finance Service Center Lead establishment of Standard&Operating Procedure (S ) of China Finance Center Center for all workstreams Lead customer satisfaction improvement in China Finance Service Center, through new tools and measurement. Supervise a team of 2-3 people, including Customer Service Accountant(s) and other Accountant(s). Assist Center Manager in key performance metrics tracking and gap analysis As representative of the Center, participate in regional or global ad hoc projects if needed SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Bachelor"s degree, major in accounting / finance preferred At least 5 years working experience in Accounting / Finance area, past experience in Account Receivable, Account Payable or reporting workstream is preferred Knowledge and experience in SAP R3 is preferred Good organising skills and able to work effectively in a diverse work environment Good communication and problem solving skills Initiative taking, self-motivated and a good team player.
