Responsibility Participate in on-site transition. Work with local team following transition process to take over Gl and AR job step by step Understand current business processes. Coordinate with EBS project team to introduce standard processes to customers, conduct gap analysis and seek isssue resolutions. Complete To-be process finalization and prepare documentation for each project stage. 3. Process invoices entry in Oracle system, validate supporting documents, provide standard reports on customer requirements. Prepare account reconciliations following ASAT requirements. Keep close contact with customers to understand business requirements, Communicate with other SSC team members for constant performance improvements. Other tasks assigned by project manager and function leaders. Requirement College degree or above, at least 2 years accounting experience in multi-national company. Sufficient knowledge of IAS or PRC GAAP, knowledge on Japan/HKG GAAP and Tax rules preferred. Good English language capability, both in writing and speaking.
