With an established presence in China and 20 countries around the world, the need has arisen to recruit an accounting professional to join their growing team. Reporting to the Finance Manager for China, you will assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the accounting function. You will help manage the accounts payable and receivables, including the preparation of invoices, client contracts and preparing the revenue position for month end closes. In addition you will assist with all taxation matters, help prepare business and individual income tax returns and arrange all appropriate payments. Your responsibilities will also include payroll and HR matters such as arranging social benefits for new starters, calculating payroll and expense claims for local and expatriate staff. Other critical responsibilities will be to assist in all audit and regulatory matters, liaise with business partners, set up systems and procedures and enter relevant data for analysis purposes. Finally you will need to be hands-on with any other special projects that may arise due to the expansion of the business. The ideal candidate should be degree qualified and have 4 - 5 years hands-on working experience in managing full set of accounts. You will also be outgoing, highly motivated and enjoy working with people. The candidate should also possess high multi-tasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
