职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-02 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 其他 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Sector： Connected Home Solutions Function： R_D Location： Shanghai Description： Department Description: The IP Video Solution software team in Motorola Shanghai works closely with Motorola global IPVS team to develop the world class IP Set Top Box (IPSTB) enable service providers to offer subscribers choice for in-home video experience, broadcast TV, video on demand, home media networking, email and gaming etc. Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations The candidate’s key responsibility will be to provide high quality measurements of the status of the product and lead the test team to assure high product quality. Work is conducted in close cooperation with developers and customers in order to find important bugs as early as possible. Our testing is requirement and risk based and performed both in agile and traditional development projects. Testing is done on both the GUI and API levels. Ideal candidates are expected to have at least 3~5 years experience on software test and preferred to have good knowledge on C++ and Java Script programming. BS/MS degree in computer science or EE is preferred. Requirement： Specific Knowledge/Skills 1. At least 3~5 years experience from full time planning and execution of software testing; 2. Experienced on leading teams, planning test projects, as well as excellent experience on software testing; 3. Good knowledge on software test process and software test methodology; 4. Good Knowledge on Linux shell script, C++ and Java Script programming, experience on testing in API level and writing automatic test scripts; 5. Preferred knowledge on IP Video system architecture and technology; 6. Good English communication and technical writing skills test plans etc.; 7.
