Perform the change to the customizations according to approved specifications l When users report system issues, able to improve system performance via various Oracle, Unix, or Windows tools. When system is stable, recommend steps to increase the performance even further l Run Database and Operating System health checks consistently to ensure system stability and data integrity. Recommend and execute data backup plans to ensure maximum data availability. Recommend hardware capacity upgrade plan to meet future business requirements l Take part in technical point analysis and assist for team projects related to Oracle ERP or MOSS Be involved in 24x7 support of the Oracle ERP system .
