Perform the change to the customizations according to approved specifications l When users report system issues, able to improve system performance via various Oracle, Unix, or Windows tools. When system is stable, recommend steps to increase the performance even further l Run Database and Operating System health checks consistently to ensure system stability and data integrity. Recommend and execute data backup plans to ensure maximum data availability. Recommend hardware capacity upgrade plan to meet future business requirements l Participate in Oracle or MSFT Based-related projects as technical support. Responsible for providing system knowledge for project business users; Help ensure that the technical architecture, specification and capacity meets the requirements of the project guidelines. Support users during testing and data conversion/validation, as well as project ‘cutover l Instruct and share technical skills with other technical team members l Participate in department meetings to understand current business needs and processes l Be involved in 24x7 support of the Oracle ERP system . Requirements: l Bachelor degree in Computer-related Major is preferred l 5 years of Oracle DBA experience and PL-SQL experience.
