Key Duties / Responsibilities 主要职责 Prepare weekly and monthly Cash and Bank Balances Report and payments via bank analysis 制定每周/月的现金周报结存表及银行付款分析表 Daily updating of Bank and Petty Cash records, provide balances to PF competency head on timely basis; 每天及时登记银行、现金日记帐以及随时向绩效财务总监提供存款余额 Ensure actual bank and petty cash balances are tie up with the records, prepare monthly bank reconciliations; 确定总部所有银行人民币存款、外汇存款及现金等结余金额与手工帐达成一致,每月编制银行调节表 Sort out all payment vouchers in accordance to General Ledger, Market Execution, Costing and Demand Creation, keep and sort all the acknowledgements base on weeks basis; 每次付款登帐后将所有的凭证按“总帐”、“成本中心”等分类交出,将签收的记录存档备查(每周一次) Assist General Ledger Accountant in reconciliation and checking; 协助总帐对帐、查帐等工作 Timeliness in month-end closing and ensure proper reconciliation between General Ledger and subsidiary Ledger; 月终及时结帐,全面核对明细帐与总帐 Manage all blank documents and forms; 管理好营运单位各类空白单据,及时补充库存 Prepare 1st consolidated level accounts; 制定一层合并帐 Personal Competency Requirements 所需素质能力 Core Competencies: 核心素质能力: o Drives Innovative Business Improvements 鼓励用创新的方法改善业务 o Delivers Results创造业绩 o Develops and Inspires Others培养和启发他人 o Balances Immediate and Long-term Priorities均衡短期和长期的优先任务 o Imports and Exports Good Ideas吸收和推广好想法 o Lives the Values发扬企业价值观 Technical Competencies: 岗位素质能力: o Good communication and interpersonal skills; 良好的沟通技巧及人际关系; o Strong business acumen particularly in FMCG environment; 有关快速消费品行业的商业知识; o Ability in making decision within its authority; 在赋予的权限内做正确的决定; o Team player and results orientated; 团队精神及以结果为导向; o Independent, self-motivated, proactive and strategic thinking; 独立、自我激励、积极及策略思维; o IT literate and highly analytical; 对电脑资讯有一定的认知; o Bilingual(English&Chinese); 双语能力(英语及中文); o Good business understanding/hands on in business processes; 理解业务、有实际操作经验; Related Position Requirements/Qualifications (Experience, knowledge skill and education - these should be the minimum requirements not the ideal) 职位相关要求/资格(经验,专业知识技能和教育背景-这些是必备要求而不是最理想的) 1.
