职位类别: 销售 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-02-02 工作经验: 3-5年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 是 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 若干 职位描述/要求: Key Responsibilities § Accountability for account management team deliverables and development on a client specific basis, ensuring at all times that account management and direction is carried out professionally and in keeping with the high standards set by the agency § Ensure that relevant key client relationships are strong being built on value, trust and quality / on-time delivery § Providing relevant direction and hands on management across allocated accounts and achieve a high standard of knowledge of the accounts, the client, their business, the market and category § Pro-active and lateral thinking creating opportunities within and across the accounts and the clients business as a whole - to continually think beyond the brief and develop the account § Taking responsibility for all account team activity, ensuring that administration, briefing, liaison and monitoring of all account workflow throughout the agency and across all ICLP disciplines, is delivered to expectation § Champion the business development of client potential revenue via strategic and tactical solutions to achieve required account revenue targets Personal Skills § A self starter able to take initiative and direct/mange key accounts and account team § Thinking laterally and strategically, meeting and exceeding client expectations § To always work with a sense of accuracy and urgency § Proven account team management skills, self-motivated, team orientated, enthusiastic and sociable § Extremely conscientious and quality orientated and an ability to take on challenges and demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in taking ownership of accounts and account team deliverables § Demonstrable ability to direct, coordinate and manage a number of clients and client accounts simultaneously § Superior communication skills in both English and Chinese (both written and verbal) to ensure comprehension by colleagues and clients § Clear and concise presentation skills that demonstrate core account status, issues and revenues and profitability as well as developmental and strategic account development plans Other responsibilities § Working in partnership with other departments and divisions to ensure adherence to best practice in all areas and smooth inter-departmental cooperation § Gain a clear understanding of the client"s commercial priorities and the wider market in which they operate so as to advise proficiently and authoritatively on loyalty and CRM focused initiatives and solutions Reporting lines Reports to Business Director Experience Minimum 4-5 years working in a loyalty/CRM agency, part of which will be as an Account Manager Print and digital marketing experience and integration of all aspects of loyalty marketing and CRM Experience of leading an account management team of 3 or more people of which at least one team member was Account Manager or above Experience of handling/interacting with clients at all levels of seniority Proven track record in account management and direction and experience of presenting loyalty and CRM solutions at a senior level as well as preparing and delivering new business pitches Experience in any of the following industry sectors is an advantage: Airline, Hotel, IT, Retail and Automobile 联系方式: ICLP offers attractive remuneration as well as excellent career developmentopportunities.
