职位类别： 交通/仓储/物流 工作地点： 天津 发布日期： 2008-02-05 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位月薪： 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： JOB DUTIES: This person works closely with local customs and the related government offices to ensure the relationships so that Tianjin facility can continuously improve the performance to meet Cat high velocity delivery capacity. This person should understand the related China regulations and laws; the operations of inbound and outbound logistics. The person has the ability to share more inputs of his knowledge with customs officials who in turn can understand our business as much as possible. 1.Ensure all products out of FTZ smoothly and timely, keep all related customs documentation accurately, develops and update the working process. Familiar with BOMs of related products. 2. Maintain good relationship with the Customs and other government departments. 3.Directly work on day to day transportation management and related works of importation and exportation, including cargo plan ,delivery , customs clearance, M license and imported steel etc. 4.Ensure cost-effectiveness, delivery safety and timeliness of related products by cooperating with Marketing Departments, Workshop and other relevant departments / people in Caterpillar, suppliers and customers inside or outside of China. 5.Be responsible for timely Carrier/forwarder auditing, scraps shipment and claim process. 6.Custom clarify, update shipment record and duty/VAT monthly payment. 7.Maintain accurate records in FS system. 8.Work with other logistics people on other logistics works assigned by his/her supervisor. BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE: Requires significant customs and shipping background and experience. Bachelor degree with at least 1 year working experience as a logistics analyst or similar position is preferred. Good business sense of understanding “commercial values” and knowledge of western logistics systems. Good English and Chinese communication skills along with good computer software knowledge and human relations values are also essential.
