SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Art design Act as consultant for MS branding tools and organization visual image Responsible for poster and other print-out design for both internal and external events and campaigns Modify photos or edit videos for company events and individuals (Be photographer for some internal meetings occasionally) Help the team to improve the layout of profiles, like PPT, Word document, campaign announcement Web design Responsible for design for web-based internal communications tools such as organizations newsletter and e-media including layout design, flash creation, content updates, etc. Partner with other team members to build/maintain and regularly update internal portal/web.
