Monitoring the network for alarm conditions and responding appropriately when fault is detected. Working on Network Operations Center projects, including reporting, improvement of tools and changes to procedures. Working with various third parties (Developers, Network and System Engineers, Customers) to narrow down problems and achieve resolution. Clearly and effectively documenting information for communication to other staff, to open issues and follow up on escalated problems.
