职位类别： 环境科学/环保 质控/安检 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-04 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Organization: ABB高压电机有限公司/Automation Products/Machines/Quality Job Category: 全职 Job Numbers: 1 Summary: 主要职责 1.确保在业务单元内部，对质量，环境，健康和安全(QEHS）流程的理解和重视；并完成公司全面质量管理体系(TQMS)下的QEHS目标要求 2.制定用于经营许可证，环境，健康和安全影响声明的相关控制策略；代表公司，在许可证办理及其他环境相关领域与监管部门沟通协商 3.根据本地规章和国家法律，以及对有关有毒和受污染的废弃物和化学品的安全处理，储存和丢弃的规定，管理公司相关计划和政策的制定，执行和经营 4.对其他部门提供建议和支持，确保所有项目的实施和完成符合本地规章和ISO9001,IS014001以及OHSAS18001的要求 5.制定，维持和管理一个技术熟练，并了解检测技术和公司QEHS保证政策的小组团队 6.分析所有能改进检测效率的程序，检测技术，检测仪器并完成改进过程；制定，执行并维持一个统计质量保证程序以降低生产中断；针对统计技术，对操作员，检测员和经理等相关人员进行培训 7.对不合格品，废料，返工，供应商表现等部门执行质量进行监测；找出质量问题领域，建议解决办法并完成改进 8.结合质量，环境，健康和安全部门的实际情况，负责部门的目标制定，发展以及预算；引导并协助公司财务部门，进行与QEHS所产生影响相关的评估 任职要求 教育(程度)：学士及以上 专业：机械或电器专业为佳 语言要求：熟练的中文和英语 计算机操作及相关软件技能：熟练应用相关办公软件 性格特征：分析能力强，细心，追求卓越，良好的问题解决能力；沟通能力强；良好的团队合作精神 专业经验和技能： 有相关质量或环境，健康，安全工作经验；有供应链管理或生产管理经验为佳 相关经验要求：质量或环境，健康，安全 时间长度：2年 相关经验要求：生产管理 时间长度：3年 Primary Responsibilities of Position 1.Maintains an understanding of processes within business units, which require Quality, environmental, Healthy and Safety attention, and for meeting business units" requirements for the accomplishment of QEHS goals through the company"s TQMS mgmt system. 2.Develops regulatory strategies for operational permits, environmental, Health and safety impact statement etc. Represents the company during negotiations with regulatory agencies on permit conditions, variances or other environmental areas. 3.Manages the development, implementation and administration of programs and policies for complying with local and state laws and regulations regarding the safe handling, storage and disposal of hazardous and contaminated wastes and chemicals. 4.Advises and assists other departments in the implementation of programs to assure compliance with local regulations and ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification. 5.Developing, maintaining and supervising a staff, skilled and knowledgeable in state-of-the-art inspection techniques and company/business unit QEHS assurance policies 6.Analyze all procedures, inspection techniques, and inspection equipment and implement improvements that will improve inspection effectiveness Develops, implements and maintains a statistical Quality Assurance Program that will reduce production stoppages, 7.Monitor divisional quality performance in areas of rejects, scrap, rework, vendor performance, etc. Highlights quality problem area; recommends and implement solutions 8.Responsible for the development of goals, objectives, and budgets for the Quality, environmental, Health and Safety compliance planning functions specific to business units; directs the conduct of corporate financial assessments of QEHS impacts of business Requirements: Education(Level):Bachelor or Master Major:Preferable Mechanics or electrical Language:Mandarin and English PC Skills:Microsoft office Personality:Analytical, Attention to details, Commitment to Excellence, Problem solving, Communicate Effectively, team work Professional experiences and skills: Previous experience in Quality or EHS.
