Job Description To LEAD in the Data Migration track of a large custom application development project Engage with the project representatives for the gathering of system information Handle internal and customer presentations regarding data migration matters. Must have MINIMALLY 2 complex data migration project experience with parallel run phases (data synchronization) with existing system Migration experience from Hierarchical database (specifically ADABAS - mandatory) to relational database (such as Oracle (mandatory), MS SQL etc.) Experienced in database design from scratch for a custom application Prior experience in database administration tasks/tools (as a DBA) Experience with Data Migration strategies and have applied data migration methodologies in prior experiences above Experienced in analysis of data sources, understanding data relationships and completing the data mapping exercise Experience in defining requirements for migration tools, routines and programs for implementation METICULOUS and experienced in testing and verification of migrated data is a KEY requirement Keen understanding of overall project"s dependencies to the data migration activities, and ability to define and organize data migration tasks and perform project planning for data migration track. Ability to engage with the project representatives for the gathering of system information (e.g. the customer biz analyst possessing intimate knowledge of the historical data to be migrated and the systems analysts with knowledge of the source and target systems) Ability to handle internal and customer presentations regarding data migration matters 联系方式： .
