Job Description This position serves the purpose of performing analysis, design, technology application, service management, project management, and release testing/deployment activities associated with the implementation of I.S. products / services and business processes. The IS Professional role in the Enterprise Data organization is accountable for delivery of projects related to enterprise master data, support of the finished goods master data operations process, and continuous development of the overall data capability. Master data projects include engaging on SAP ERP deployments, SAP MDM (Master Data Management) implementation, data synchronization to business partners through the GS1 network, and integration with other enterprise systems. The Enterprise Data team is accountable for setting global standards for data quality for all forms of master and reference data. This organization is also accountable for the day-to-day operations of the finished goods material code maintenance process. Finally, this team is accountable for a deep connection to OC"s business units, to provide a consultative role in the establishment and operations of data processes. Areas of technical expertise that apply to this role will include participation in some or all of the following: Enterprise applications software Database systems Client operating and application systems The scope of the responsibility for this assignment may include participation in some or all of the following: Business process design. Identify opportunities to improve business results. Collection of business requirements for I.S. products / services and selection of technology solutions. All tasks in the systems development life cycle Utilize service providers and suppliers to provide technology and application solutions. Project management Systems and software security. Systems support. Perform training as needed. Successful execution of this assignment is dependent on contribution to the following set of accountabilities and responsibilities. Implementation of I.S. product releases within the scope, schedule, and budget planned. Successful adherence to any pre-determined service level agreements for support. Personal contribution to the building and maintenance of healthy teams.
