Our customer appointed us to assign a Market Segment Manager Base in Shanghai Responsibilities: l Coordination of projects and direct OEM business in specific market segment l Information collection and update of segment relevant information (including but not limited to customers, projects, competitors, price development, market requirement..) for management and reporting use l With the support of Product Manager, prepare/develop Documentation of segment relevant projects&facts (such as PPT presentation with references from all over China if necessary from overseas) for salesmen usage l Coordination of local market segment strategy with worldwide market strategy contact partner for segment manager in Switzerland l Close cooperation with Communication Department for any kind of market segment specific actions (such as exhibitions, seminars, ¡­) l Communication with valuable key customers with special agreements, negotiation of annual agreement and follow up their performance closely - within general limits to be set by IS Sales Director&Management l Being coaching and know-how carrier him/herself. Organize know-how transfer between different sales teams/region with internal resources (such as PMs and super sales engineers and him/herself) and external resources (such as experts from head quarter and specialist from different industries) Requirements: A Education l Major in Electronic Engineering / Process, Environmental Engineering or relevant specialty l University degree or above (or overseas equivalent education) B Knowledge l Knowledge in related manufacture process of electronic products (including semiconductor and integrated circuits) and aided process (such as sewage treatment) l Knowledge in common products used in fluid system in terms of manufacture process of electronic products l Be familiar with market status and trends of domestic electronic industry (including semiconductor and integrated circuits) C Skill l Proficient MS-Office l Fluent English in listening , oral, reading and written l Excellent communication skill l Ability to work under high pressure l Sharp thinking and outstanding skills in report and presentation l Strong commond of communicating with international customer D Experience l Rich experiences in following and coordinating project l Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Management l Sales or engineering experience in international electronic projects in China l Experience in working in foreign enterprices ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º If you are interested and sure to fulfill the mentioned requirements, kindly apply via e-mail and send us your complete application documents ( word-file in English, including personal photo and current salary package).
