职位类别： 通信技术 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-02-03 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 招聘要求 职位：应用工程师 部门：电子测量事业部测试系统部 工作地点：上海 工作职责： 1、学习和跟踪现代通信系统的各种技术，如2G/3G蜂窝通信、WiFi/Wimax等接入技术、数字电视、GPS等等。 2、学习和了解各个行业的相关要求尤其是射频指标的测试要求，如基站研发和制造行业，手机研发和制造行业，质检和认证实验室行业等等。 3、学习和了解安捷伦公司的各种射频通信测试仪表、系统产品的功能、指标及其应用，以及相关的测试技术，提供对这些产品的技术支持服务。 4、配合公司的销售和业务发展人员，对行业用户提供售前技术支持服务，分析理解客户的技术需求，设计能够满足要求的可行解决方案。 5、独立或配合其他同事进行测试系统项目的开发，以实现完整的测试系统方案，以满足客户的特定需求。 6、独立或配合其他同事提供对客户的售后工程实施和技术支持服务，如系统集成、现场安装、调试、售后培训、帮助用户解决实际问题等。 1.Study and track the development of various wireless communication technologies, for example, 2G/3G cellular, WiFi/Wimax, DTV, GPS, etc. 2.Study and track specific requirement from various industry that Agilent serves, especially RF test and measurement requirements.For example, BTS R&manufacturing, handset R and manufacturing, quality assurance and certification labs, etc. 3.Understand Agilent"s various product, especially test and measurement system product, the function, specification and usage model, to be able to provide technical service for these products. 4.Work together with sales team as technical expert, to understand customer"s technical requirement and provide corresponding technical solution design which can satisfy the requirement. 5.Work with peers or independently, to design and develop test system solution to satisfy customer"s specific requirement. 6.Work with peers or independently, to provide engineering or post-sale service for customers, including system integration, installation, training, acceptance and trouble shooting service. 职位要求： 1、大学本科或以上，电子工程、通信工程或相近专业毕业，硕士学历优先； 2、良好的无线通信系统、射频微波知识，熟悉现代通信行业的各种制式和应用如GSM/GPRS/EGPRS/CDMA/WCDMA等。 3、对通信电子产品行业的研发和生产有一定的了解或实际经验； 4、有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神； 5、有良好的逻辑思维和良好的文档习惯，英文良好。 6、有较强的承受压力能力，能够独立工作，愿意出差； 7、有二年或以上的相关工作或项目经验； 8、有系统集成知识和测试软件开发经验者优先； Qualification: 1.Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering or Telecomm&Telecommunications Engineering, Master degree preferred. 2.Good knowledge of wireless communications, RF and microwave.Familiar with modern wireless communication technologies, like GSM/GPRS/CDMA/WCDMA, etc. 3.Has basic knowledge of communication electronic products R and manufacturing industry, working experience preferred. 4.Good command in communication skills and team working spirits. 5.Logic thinking and good documentation skill, English speaking and reading/writing capability required. 6.Can work independently under pressure, willing to travel (short travel but might frequently) 7.Two years or above working experience in relevant area. 8.System integration project development and software development experience preferred. 联系方式： Candidate submissions are only accepted through our online Career Center.
