Apply and request customer to work with our safety rules -Analyse the direct and indirect risks associated with site job execution and ensures the implementation of preventive safety solutions -Work out the safety prevention plan with the client and ensure the signing of “on-site job execution checking list” -Be pilot or mentor if necessary, the action of other engineers or subcontractors possible by taking responsibility for their actions in accordance with the rules of safety and security -Execute alone or with other expert the site job or diagnostic on our product, equipment protection or system -As expert on top of his experience (on MV-LV-Protection-Communication), he will ensure a global vision of good performance of electrical distribution(repair, install, conduct inspection, test&commission, audit ) -Prepare site report, time spent on site, with travel and other expenses -Collect and report any information link with quality, performance, and functionality. of our product installed or service provided -Take a chance to be on site and propose to customer other services (power quality, maintenance contract, energy efficiency…); prepare the technical offer and attach to your report sent to SPE(technical&commercial)/BD, they will provide complete proposal to customer; capture all information necessary to support commercial team -Diagnose “electrical distribution site”and get expert support -Check “ customer satisfaction” feeling, study reason, and contribute on solving/handling the problem -Be in “shift” duty to execute job, repair, diagnostic… to ensure 24/7 service to customer －Be requested to support other China region or abroad; may be called upon to on-site task to support other China region or abroad －Flexibility is necessary II.Customer Knowledge, Business Environment and Action Plan －Collect and transmit all the information that can be use commercially by Services Project Engineer/BD’s commercial team －Identifying the right contact and decision maker on site to continue to develop business and remain in customer site －Identifying and knows well all the installed base of customer visited, and be recorded in IBSUITE －Detecting the opportunities of new project, maintenance orientations, spare parts, budget of customer and transmit to Services Project Engineer/BD. －Support Services Project Engineer&BD to convince and negotiate with customer III.Contribute to the Efficiency of AS Department －Share and transfer his knowledge and experience with new comer technician and others in the department －Participate actively to train other new technician on his own competencies Requirement : -Colledge Degree/occupational school diploma in Electrical distribution. -5~10 years in site work execution in electrical installation or in maintenance field. -Chinese and control of English language -25~35 years - A strong ability for site execution with high Electrical (+Automation) technical skills. - working on customer site required mobility and flexibility. - A good communication with other people (customer and internal), sharing information with co-workers is essential, including other =S= divisions and Schneider partners. - Skills for Computer and communication applications. 联系方式： Comments : Email: PST-SH.HR@cn.schneider-electric.com 请注明申请职位及姓名，务必同时附上中英文简历 .
