Responsible for customer-related services through the entire inquiry/order process, such as pricing, customer PO,PO follow up, delivery, invoicing, to meet customers’ satisfaction. 2. Act as point of contact to customer(s) via e-mail, fax, phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices. Addresses customer issues and ensures on time delivery. 3. Responsible for customer complaint process and ensure timely responses to customers. 4. Preparing sales reports as requested by sales team. 5. Provides administrative assistance to Sales Team members as requested. Job Requirement: 1. Have good customer service attitude 2. Able to handle difficult situations and work under pressure 3. High degree of good organizational and communication skill 4. Effective spoken and written English 5. Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel. 6. Minimum one year’s working experience 7.
