ְλÀà±ð£º Êг¡/Êг¡ÍØÕ¹/¹«¹Ø ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉϺ£ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-01-30 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 5-10Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ÊÇ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º 1ÈË Ö°Î»ÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.Supports Dulux marketing manager to develop marketing strategy and communication plan for Dulux brand. 2.Implements communication plan mainly on TV media, outdoor, newspaper and POSM development. 3.Supports Dulux marketing manager for copy development. 4.In charge of new product development in core and real mid tier segment 5.Core and real mid tier segment product portfolio management 6.Take care of package innovation and GM improvement project 7.Daily manage one 4A agency, one media agency and several local agencies on project basis. 8.Liaises with BTL team to ensure the syndication of ATL and BTL activities. 9.Liaises with Sales force to identify strengths and weaknesses of brand program and recommends corrective action as necessary. SPECIAL FEATURES 1.Enhancing the capability and efficiency of 1subordinator via daily job supervision and effective training 2.Effective communication with relevant department to ensure smooth operation of the work QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 1.Bachelor degree with business related majority; Minimum of 5 years solid marketing background in FMCG company. 2.Good interaction with sponsor teams 3.Strategic thinking and highly responsible 4.Fluent in English and skillful in MS office.
