职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工程机械 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-01-24 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： GE BUSINESS NAME : GE Infrastructure, Water&Process Technologies FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Engineering/Technology ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Conceive, develop, test, and prototype new membrane modules that minimize energy expenditure and manufacturing cost and maximize system performance and reliability through the use of engineering tools and experiments. Plan and conduct statistically meaningful experiments to determine separation performance of cross-flow membrane filtrations systems. Assist with the implementation of new membrane element designs in manufacturing. Drive localization of our membrane products by performing validation experiments using locally sourced materials. May also need to assist Sourcing team in finding and qualifying vendors. Gather and analyze data and report key results Observe all health and safety rules and implement all policies, practices and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: MS degree in mechanical engineering Two years mechanical design experience preferred Motivated self-starter with the personal initiative to help shape a Growth Program Ability to conceive innovative solutions to complex problems and reduce to practice Solid statistical, data analysis, and scientific method skills Ability to use data and statistical analysis tools for planning DOEs in experimentation and for working-up results and making conclusions Creative, hands-on experimentalist Ability to design, construct, modify, operate, and troubleshoot equipment Excellent English and communication and presentation skills Ability to follow all safety rules and policies and promote a safe work place Knowledge of chemicals, pumps and fluid processing equipment preferred DESIRED: Familiarity with common chemical process unit operations, including membranes Demonstrated expert proficiency with 3d CAD packages such as Pro-E/UG/Solidworks, experience in CFD tools (Fluent/CFX) being a plus Solid knowledge in mechanical molding and machining discipline Understanding of reverse osmosis machine design considerations 联系方式： .
