职位描述(Job Descriptions)： 1.In charge of 24hours’s shift work within maintenance department. 负责维修部门的24小时值班工作。 2.Record of the technical data of facility supply system running should be finished in time, check all the main facility&production equipment in time, ensure the equipment in good status. 按时检查厂务设备和 生产设备，如实记录设备、系统运行参数，确保设备运行正常。 3.In charge of total facility operation, like HVAC system, water supply system, etc and emergency response of the site. 当班期间负责全厂厂务设备的操作以及故障处理。 4.Check the site tem/humidity in BMS system timely, especially the lab area. 按时检查楼宇控制系统，保证车间尤其是实验室的温湿度。 5.Control the lighting in common area (street lighting, stairs, etc) and repair timely to avoid safety risk. Assist operation engineer do energy&resource reduction work. 控制公用区域的照明，保证设施的完好。做好节能降耗工作。 6.In charge of lighting, socket&low voltage power distribute system maintenance. 负责低压供电系统的维修。 7.The clean of each equipment room should be well done, include the power distribution cabinet / box / floor / insulation pad , etc. 负责设备间以及工作区域的清洁。 8.Responsible for hotline of equipment and all the hotline in night shift, weekend and holiday. 负责热线报修工作的实施。 9.Finish other works arranged by leader. 完成领导安排的其他工作。 职位要求(Job Requirements)： 1.Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems. 满足公司质量体系以及环境、健康、安全的要求。 2.Technical school of Mechanical or Electrical. Experience of high voltage power supply system is preferred. 机械或电气背景，有高压供电系统管理经验尤佳。 3.Three years working experience of industry facility or maintenance; 3年以上大型工厂设备设施管理经验。 4.Be familiar with related equipment principle (power substation, chiller, air compressor, HVAC, water pump, heat exchanger ...etc.) 熟悉厂务系统和化工类企业的生产设备管理。 5.Hard working and like service others. 工作勤奋，乐于从事服务性工作。 .
