Manages/Directs the collection of data necessary to create a conceptual PFD for complex projects Reviews/Establishes budgetary costs and pricing for conceptual PFD Screens projects for financial and technical feasibility Conducts preliminary EHS and financial screens Directs the performance site surveys as required Prioritizing projects in conjunction with ICFC Global Leadership Reviews and approves product designs Develops technical capability less experienced engineers in the virtual COE Identifying the need and objectives for piloting and working with Pilot Engineering to develop the pilot protocol Lead/Participate in process safety management (PSM) reviews internally and externally Ensures specific projects are introduced into the Global Commercial Process when appropriate Use DFSS and DFR methodology in process design to prove and implement new or modified designs Support the Global Product Cost-Out effort&Global Product Management Provides a senior engineering contact for Commercial Teams and clients including customer presentations and leading teams in develop applications at customer sites. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Systems performance knowledge of all major water processes with a specialized knowledge of membrane-based processes such as UF/RO/MBR and related equipment/technology including: Water chemistry Biological processes (primarily organic reduction) Experience in performing monitoring techniques and requirements Analytical procedures Heavy metals removal processes/equipment/technology Liquid/Solids Separation Experience in water treatment equipment manufacturer Clarification Flotation Solids Dewatering Knowledge of critical EHS issues including: Discharge regulations Recovered water quality requirements Government reporting requirements Safe work environment issues such as confined space Hazardous material in workplace Experience level: 10+ Years Experience/Education Tertiary level education in technical discipline preferably Chemical Engineering. Masters level education in technical, business or financial discipline desired Fluency in written and oral English DESIRED: 6 Sigma - GB Certification or completion of GB training Working knowledge with Oracle, SAP, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Experience in product design and/or Membrane based Water Treatment Equipment is a plus Working knowledge of change control, PSM/MoC Process is a plus Fluency in written and oral Mandarin GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Process Engineer ICFC will work as part of the Global Engineering Team reporting functionally to the Process and Applications Engineering Leader Asia Pacific and operationally to the respective ICFC Project manager in support of industrial and municipal wastewater reuse and seawater desalination applications; design and product engineering and Assessment Leaders in line with ICFC deliverables. The Process Engineer will work at the direction of the respective ICFC Project Team and the specific Project Manager, with the assistance of Cost Engineering, Applications Engineers and Pilot Engineers in developing technology and products according to the ICFC schedule. Primary responsibility will be the development and confirmation of cost effective processes to deliver client value in water reuse, Zero Liquid Discharge and/or seawater desalination applications. 联系方式: .
