It currently operates three plants in China manufacturing high alumina content calcium aluminates cement. Output of product serves both the domestic market&the export markets of the Asia Pacific area. The plant is a joint venture with a head count of 385 staff and a turnover of 110M/year Location: ZHENGZHOU Title: Human Resources and Organization Manager Reporting to: Zone HR Director and JV General Manager Overall Objective: To implement The Company HR policies and procedures adapted to the local context of the JV and national labour laws and regulations To set up and improve a Human Ressources management system To ensure the most effective utilization of human resources to support the JV objectives To ensure current and future business objectives of the JV through appropriate competencies and organization. To set up a climate of trust between employees and company To keep constructive relationships with local authorities To manage the business process as a tool to improve our organization and meet our business objectives To manage the administration activities of the JV Responsibilities: Create a climate of trust between employees and company Select suitable candidates for authorized Formulate annual training plan Keep good relationship with local authorities Design succession plan for all key positions Responsible for budget, RP, actual for forecasting In charge of safety management Write monthly report, assure information up to date Good management skills, motivate personnel of company Responsible for financial budget, training budget and compilation of salary&wages Qualifications and Experience: PRC national University Degree: Major related to management Good English level Good understanding of basic plant accounting Good knowledge on local labor law Knowledge of medical/psychometric screening techniques 5 years HR experience in manufacturing industry Personal Characteristics Good Management and Leadership Strong Communication, Planning and Organization skills Ability to work under pressure with high energy Good diplomat, self confidence, credibility Team player, team oriented 联系方式： Please send you CV in English to BEIJING@GBS-Recruitment.com Please indicate the position you are applying for.
