Compile user manual, accessories configuration and selection documents , installation manuals, focus on the remote cases install and alignment in the field , the document will direct the service people to align and install the cases in the field, performance data sheets and promotion documents, all the work will be done during new products development process.(20%) 2. Compile service manuals with service people on current products, update and improve existing engineering manuals. (10%) 3. Work with test, marketing , sales team to collect competitor’s products information, including models, dimensions, features, performance datas , finishing , maintainability etc to complete our product benchmarks(40%) 4. Collect, analysis and correct the problems occurred from both plant sides and customer field sides, follow up the problem solving process. (20%) 5. Other assignments from Engineering Manager 10% Minimum Requirements: 1.Must have worked in refrigeration industry at least, over 3 years experiences on display cases design or 2 years on application engineering, experiences from Sanyo, Hair carrier or Linde , Nakano are preferred. 2.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
