The candidate is expected to work closely with product manager to drive product requirement, provides systems level competitive analysis, marketing new/existing Cisco Video/IPTV products and services. Works with field and indirect channels to communicate product features, technical solutions to drive sales and provide project requirements to Product managers and R team. The candidate will support RFPs, work on network/Video solution design. Work with Cisco sales team together on Video solution pre-sales activities. The candidate is expected to spend time support industry/Cisco-internal trade show and customer demo/trial, with occasionally help out in post-sales scenarios as well. 职位的要求（ Experience Required ） : Highly proficient and thorough understanding of product marketing engineering tools and techniques. B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with at least 3 ~ 5 years of relevant working experience in Cable/Video industry. Experience in tradeshow support, knowledge of routing protocol, Video, Cable space and the competitive marketplace. Deep knowledge and experience of Digital Cable Headend infrastructure and DVB-C systems. Deep understanding of interactive service. A big plus if candidate has direct experience with VOD systems and/or one of the VOD back offices Openstream BMS, C-Core nABLE, Seachange and Concurrent. B ackground in working with video technologies such as CDN, streaming/multicasting, Windows Media, PEG, Flash, Quick Time, and encoding appliances. Specific knowledge of and prior experience with relevant technologies such as video encoders, IP set-top-boxes/media players, content creation technologies, and publishing systems is a big plus. Good hands-on Experience with Linux, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and switching technologies. Experience in building and designing large multi-protocol inter-networks. Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills. Excellent oral/written English communication skills Good analytical Ability and trouble shooting skills.
