Job description The development, implementation and management of activities and staff in the Supply Chain area to deliver production goals, quality, cost, asset/inventory, predictability and shipment objectives in a complex Supply Chain environment that spans across multiple manufacturing sites (HP owned or ODM/CM) across all PSG and ISS product categories. Host manage the China ISS manufacturing and integration facility and ESS supply chain in country. Support the highest level of TCE and the BU objectives of revenue and margin maximization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Optimise supply chain costs and inventory levels. Proactive backlog management and shipment maximization to meet China/Hong Kong business revenue plan. Operational Responsible for managing activities of the CHK SC team with seamless integration of BU/SC objectives while optimizing integration of local logistics operation and overall country organizational strategy. Fast and flawless New Product Introduction (NPI), Product and test Engineering and all necessary production operational processes for the PSG business. Act as a key advisor to county BU senior management. Customers Support and drive a team culture around the highest level of TCE through fast and predictable order cycle time. HP Interdependencies Develop cross-functional collaboration with Country BUs, Country sales, country logistics, AP SC team, VDTO, WW PSG SC, RBUs&GBUs. Active participation in local PSG BU senior leadership team and interface into ESS BU management. People Provide leadership direction and guidance to a team of managers and staff responsible for the following key areas : - Business planning, country demand and supply planning, volume direct order fulfillment, logistics and manufacturing. Develop and lead a highly motivated and performance-oriented team. Recruit, develop and retain talent within the team. Programs drive the most efficient supply chain solution and build capabilities to support the various GTM mode. Provide support for direct and channel operations, with linkage to AP SC for all key programs and processes.
