Description I18N (Internationalization) testing tests the software"s ability to operate under non-English locale settings. BTO I18N tester provides Advanced I18N testing services for the HP BTO R teams. That is to verify I18N ability of BTO products with conditions closest to non-US customers; cover product integration points. Responsibilities Primary deliverables: - Generate I18N test plan and test cases - Set up test environments necessary for conducting I18N testing - Perform I18N testing based on the I18N test plan - Defect tracking and verification - Communication with R team for testing (in English) The following experience are required: - Bachelor or above, and minimum 2+ years of working experience. - Good written and spoken communication skills in English - Solid skill and experience in software testing - Proficient in UNIX/Linux and windows OS. - Experience in DB Additionally desired skills: - Familiar with shell scripts, Perl - Experience in popular applications, such as Weblogic, Websphere, etc - Software Internationalization(I18N) and localization(L10N) knowledge - Japanese and Korean Language skill - HP BTO( former OpenView) knowledge and experience - Project management experience Soft Skill - Responsible, flexible and enthusiastic - Quick learner, with ability to understand complex systems thoroughly and to change them efficiently - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Motivated to share experience and help / guide others - A good team player ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
