Plan, organize&arrange staffing of workshops throughout the plant. Drive improvements in measures of performance through the teams. Provide daily production support. Develop and implement lean concept, audit 5S activities. Understand, teach and promote the use of all tools described in the Operations Excellence Tool box , such as: - Process Mapping - Throughput Time and Value Added operations - Constraint Management - Waste identification and reduction - Standard Operations - Inventory Pull Systems - 5S and Visual Factory - Process Design. Key Competencies: Able to communicate in English. The ability to lead teams, including cross function teams. Process knowledge. Challenging and positive attitude. Drive and commitment. Must be a change agent willing to do, teach and lead others through continuous improvement actions at high velocity (hours vs. weeks). Manufacturing experience or lean&6 sigma knowledge sufficient to warrant credibility among workshop participants and Plant management staff. Ability to lead by doing while demonstrating leadership and people management skills. Computer literate with Microsoft&database ability. Have finance knowledge is preferred. Educational: Engineering background . Experience: More than 3 years work experiences .
