Job position description: CFO responsible for country Finance function to deliver the integrity of financial reporting, legal, regulatory and tax compliance, by ensuring proper processes and internal controls in place. Lead finance to provide support/advice/consulting to Country Business units in their strategic planning, implementation of operational plans, operational efficiencies, business analysis and financial planning&reporting. Achievement of business goals balanced with effective controls&governance, and ensuring a culture of uncompromising integrity. Leader of the Country Ethics compliance council with oversight responsibilities. Effective People management and building a competent, motivated and highly skilled finance team. Member of the Country Senior Leadership team representing the finance function Senior HP executive responsible for external relationships with Government, customers, partners and suppliers Direct report to the Region HP Controller and responsible locally to the HP Country Managing Director. Job responsibilities: - Manage the country Financial reporting to ensure Balance Sheets and Profit statements are in compliance with GAAP and Company Accounting&Financial policy and provide the integrity of country’s Financial data - Ensure the local legal and tax reporting is in compliance with country legal®ulatory requirements. Be the Senior HP executive regarding the operations linkage with government regulatory institutions. - Provide leadership and direction in the management of all HP country assets - cash (bank balances), receivables and inventory but also including real estate and branding. Manage an effective cash flow cycle including payables metrics. - Ensure appropriate controls&processes are in place, metrics measured&reported and appropriate linkages exist to the region/WW owners/stakeholders. Ensure SOX compliance. - Monitor country internal controls in the e2e processes regularly. Identify potential problem areas to prevent substantial risk and loss to the company. Includes regular oversight exercise on the outsourced activities done by BPDO - Provide leadership in managing the “white space” in between the various finance teams and the hosted global functions by driving regular forum (e.g. FLB is one of the examples) to effectively eliminate “gray area/white space” timely, including leadership and sponsorship of country business operation functions specifically with regards to process controls, inventory management, revenue recognition&reconciliations - Provide guidance in cross-functional and cross-business strategic business plan (e.g. country’s 3-years SPAR plan) to ensure financial disciplines in place across the various BU/Functions - Manage the country-wide Finance talent review through FLB and provide development plan and timely evaluation to create a High Performance Workforce. This includes being the champion for job rotation and mentoring programs. Monitor and drive improvement in Voice of the Workforce (VOW) survey results. - Sponsor and champion Finance-related major initiatives/projects and e2e process improvements in country to increase operation efficiency/effectiveness and enhance internal controls. Assure that country goals are aligned with region goals if the initiatives/projects are driven by region/WW. Job qualification/experience Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics with 15+ years of professional experience in the Finance/Accounting related field CPA certification is preferred MBA qualification is desirable 10+ years of people management experience Exposure to Business environment, strategy, profit/loss management (in a multi-national company) In-depth knowledge of management methodologies In depth knowledge of financial systems incl preferably HP systems Practical/process experience for problem diagnosis and variance analysis Industry experience Uncompromising integrity and sound business ethics International and multi-cultural mindset Problem-solving and analysis skills Eye for detail and accuracy with focus on quality Team focus Fluency in English and local language Excellent communication skills Tolerance of ambiguity and Flexibility Initiative Influence and persuasion Diversity 联系方式: .
