Responsible for qualifying out-sourced design following GE requirement Able to analyze failures and validate the corrective actions during design and qualification phases. Working with suppliers and cross-functional teams to keep the program on track. Documenting design details into GE documentation system Effective communication with local and global teams during program execution. Have high potential to lead program team and coach young engineers. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: B. Eng. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering Good understanding on power electronics circuit 3 years plus power electronics design experience Proficient in using Cadence/Matchcad/Pspice to analyze power electronics circuit Good verbal and written English. Expert of program management. Able to manage and prioritize complicated tasks to ensure on-time program delivery Energetic team player with good interpersonal skills. Quick learner and keen problem solver. DESIRED: M.Eng or Ph.D. in Power Electronics with 3 years + experience Demonstrated success in designing power products and launching into mass production. In-depth knowledge of product reliability and manufacturability Understanding of six sigma or statistical process control Familiar with selection of electronics components based on design requirement and cost target.
