Requirements： 1.At lease 10 years experience of market developmentBachelor Degree or above from a recognized University, Environmental Science background and MBA will be preferable. 2.A self starter with excellent analytical and good communication with people at all level. 3.Business development experience with multi-national, a definite plus 4.To be active and confident, capable to group and use current company resource to reach the aim. 5.Good relationship with local government or strong background 6.Good lobbyer or strong ability for commercial negotiation 7.Good team work player 8.Good computer skills 9.Frequently Business travel is required .
